White Buns!!

I was looking at Zach's back while he was laying on the carpet yesterday and was thinking about how brown he looked. I wanted to take a picture of his tan against his jeans, but when I looked at it, I didnt think you could get the full effect. After he pulled his pants down, I think you can get the full effect now!!! HAAHAHAHH!!!!

Love that $1500 smile!!

First trip south

Storm coming!! Headed over the Delaware Memorial on our way back to Chincoteague! I went away with the kids the 2nd week of August. Marsh stayed home to work.(Someone has to!) We had pretty good weather that week. One day it poured and stormed pretty bad. Nate said we were safe because "God doesnt make lightning hit things with rubber tires". In my mind, I was disagreeing with him since it felt like we were taking shelter in a tin can!! Fortunately, we rode out the storm in the trailer and a wonderful puddle was waiting for us when it was over. The kids had a blast jumping and playing in the water!

Working Hard

Pictures from the eventful (dirty) weekend of yardwork!!

A busy weekend

This was a few weeks ago but I am just posting it now for posterity. Marsh decided to load us down with work right before vacation.... We had a concrete slab poured for a new shed, had 10 tons of river rock delivered and had 14 yards of mulch dropped in our back yard.....all on the SAME day!! Thanks to the help of my wonderful family, we had it all done in two days. I also found a swingset on craig's list that will be re-assembled soon for the boys new play area. Our backyard should be ready just in time for some cooler weather. (No one told me that boys like to be outside 24 hours a day!!) I am hoping that they will be occupied with the new toys soon!! Pictures should be posted soon with the final product!
